A Flat & Fast Course: Hunt for Your PB
Unlike the brutal hills of the Breakheart Backyard Ultra, the Medieval route is designed for distance.
-
Elevation: Minimal. This is a mostly flat course comprising compact gravel trails, woodland paths, and tarmac through the stunning Cosmeston Lakes Country Park.
-
Surface: Fast underfoot and wide enough for overtaking.
-
PB Potential: Because the route is flat, this is the ideal event to push past 50 or 100 miles for the first time.
